My rate for out-of-network individual session is $150 for a 55 minute session.

Payment is accepted in the form of credit card only. I manage all billing through the secure online client portal, Simple Practice. You will be charged at the end of each session.

I work with a company called Headway to assist in verifying and managing your insurance benefits. A credit card is required to be on file and you will be charged at the end of each session (if your insurance has a co-pay). I am in network with the following insurances:

• Aetna

• BlueCross and BlueShield, Blue Care Network

• UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH

• Oscar Health

• Oxford

If you are not covered by an insurance I work with, I can provide you with a detailed statement called a super-bill that can be used to submit for reimbursement. Although this method of payment reimbursement is accepted by some insurance carriers, I cannot guarantee all or any reimbursement and would advise you to check with your individual plan before starting therapy.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. This will be provided to you prior to starting services.
